The Way Outback Brewing Company

Founded in 2016 The Way Outback Brewing Company started in a small shed out the back of the owners house.
Initially supplying various pubs, bars and bottle shops we quickly found our feet.
We tore up our business plan and realised we needed a venue to supply our products directly to our customers.
Six months after starting, we took possession of the building that would become our taproom.
Working during the day and building by night, we transformed our beautiful Victorian building into our taproom and new brewery. We opened the doors on 19th February 2018 and have not looked back.
In late 2018 we expanded into the former Auto Centre directly across the road. We needed to increase our brewing capacity so we purchased 3 x 5BBL FVs and transformed the space into a purpose-built brewery.
In 2019 we have focussed on further brewery expansions by purchasing a 6BBL brew kit with plans to purchase six more fermenters.
